Jim grew up in North Augusta, SC and was raised in a Southern Baptist tradition. His parents sacrificed and blessed him with a Christian-focused education at Curtis Baptist School in Augusta, GA. He majored in Management and Finance at the University of South Carolina in Aiken, SC and paid his college tuition by working at a local bank. In 1991 he transitioned into the insurance business and soon found a passion for “insuring the steeple and the people”. He has always operated his business by the Golden Rule.
Jim is the proud father of 2 adult sons. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins and loves boating and travel.

Matthew attended Westminster Schools of Augusta from kindergarten through 10th grade, then graduated from Fox Creek High School. He continued his education at Winthrop University then transferred into the Cybersecurity program at Augusta University. While in college, he served as Treasurer of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He also started a business that eventually sparked his interest in the insurance business. Matthew has earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
Matthew thrives on helping people with self-improvement and finding a closer relationship with God. He enjoys working out, golf, the beach and spending time with friends and family.
